Since June 2005 it has been possible for companies to arrange for an exclusive visit to the Carlsberg Visitors Centre and the Jacobsen Brewhouse outside our regular opening hours. Especially our Jacobsen Bar has been an popular choice as it provides a authentic and unique setting for many different types of events.
Many companies opt to use the Visitors Centre as a venue for casual
get-togethers after work for colleagues or business partners, and often the event is combined with a tour of the Visitors Centre, a lecture on beer production, or perhaps an informal beer tasting hosted by our expert head bartenders.
The Jacobsen Bar is also an ideal setting for casual buffet dinners or banquets for upto 190-220 persons. The surroundings and the professional staff offer a great opportunity to discover and explore how well food and beer can compliment one another when the optimum balance of flavours is achieved.
For beer tastings or shorter events a selection of snacks, sandwiches, cheeses or tapas could also be an ideal choice as a companion for the many different types of beer.
