The standard Jacobsen line is widely distributed to restaurants, bars and supermarkets throughout Danmark. It it also available in a limited number of restaurants in Sweden and Norway.
In the Limited Edition line each beertype is often very complex, unique, and often contains a nordic touch. Only one small batch of each beer is brewed, it typically sells out in 4-6 weeks. The Limited Edition beers are in fact only sold in the Carlsberg Souvenirshop and a few elect restaurants in Denmark. The Limited Edition beer is sold with black, individually numbered labels which appeals to many beer collectors.
