The grandiose atmosphere of the Carlsberg Museum is the setting of this special culinary evening. Chef of Visit Carlsberg, Marco Sganzerla, and master brewer Morten Ibsen from in-house brewery Jacobsen has composed a five-course gourmet menu including beer both as an ingredient and in an accompanying beer menu. Experience the passion of these two beer aficionados and learn why Saaz Blonde is the perfect match for a seafood dish, while Carls Porter is just the right companion for cakes and chocolate. The event begins with a tour of the Museum.
